tkbad Terms & Conditions

Please read all the terms below carefully before using this platform. By opening an account or using any service on tkbad, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the tkbad platform and all services included within it. tkbad is an online entertainment betting and casino platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh in a safe and regulated environment.

Definitions of key terms used in this document are given below:

"Platform"

The tkbad website (tkbad.lat) and all associated services, mobile versions, and software.

"User"

Any person who has registered on tkbad or is using the platform's services.

"Account"

A user's own registered profile, through which they can access all services on the platform.

"Bonus"

A promotional offer provided by tkbad, which is added to an account subject to the fulfillment of specific conditions.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of this platform, the user is considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Important: tkbad is for users aged 21 and above only. Registration or use of services by minors is strictly prohibited.

To open an account and use services on tkbad, a user must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • The user must be at least 21 years of age.
  • The user must be legally an adult and have full legal capacity.
  • The user must register under their real identity — registering on behalf of another person or under a false identity is not permitted.
  • The user must not access services from any region or country where online betting is completely prohibited.
  • Multiple accounts under the same person's name are not permitted.
  • tkbad employees or their close relatives may not participate in betting activities on the platform.

For age verification, tkbad may request a user's identity document or proof of age at any time. Account activity may be temporarily restricted until verification is complete.

Account Registration

Registration on tkbad is completely free. At the time of registration, the user must provide accurate and truthful information. In the event of false information, tkbad reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit any deposited funds.

Account Security

  • The user is required to keep their login credentials (username and password) confidential.
  • Login credentials must not be shared with any third party.
  • If unauthorized access or suspicious activity is detected on the account, tkbad support must be notified immediately.
  • The user bears full responsibility for all activity carried out on the account, unless they can prove that a third party gained unauthorized access.
  • Only one account should be operated from a single device or network.

A user may update their account details — such as email address, phone number, or payment information — at any time. However, to change core identity information (such as full name or date of birth), the user must contact tkbad support.

Deposits & Withdrawals

tkbad supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh so that users can transact with ease.

Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
  • Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
  • If a deposit amount does not appear in your account, contact support immediately.
  • Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.

Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawals are only possible to the same payment account used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be held if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been completed.
If fraud or money laundering is suspected in any transaction, tkbad reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal until verification is complete. Additional identity verification may be requested in such cases.

tkbad does not charge any transaction fees; however, the user's payment service provider may charge their own fees — tkbad is not responsible for those.

Bonuses & Promotions

tkbad offers attractive bonus deals for new and existing users. All bonuses are given subject to specific conditions, which the user must read carefully.

Welcome bonus

  • Up to 150% bonus on the first deposit, with a maximum of ৳8,000.
  • Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 in bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
  • A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount — not on the deposit amount.
  • Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per user.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for placing bets.
  • The time limit for completing bonus conditions will be stated in each offer's details.
  • If wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be removed from the account.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, tkbad may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

The tkbad VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Tiers are upgraded based on regular play, and the weekly cashback rate increases at higher tiers — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, and 1.2% at Gold.

Betting & Gaming Rules

tkbad offers various types of gaming services including slots, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting. While each game has its own rules, certain general rules apply to all.

General Betting Rules

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
  • If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, tkbad may declare that round void and return the bet amount to the user.
  • Game results are determined using RNG (Random Number Generator) or a certified live dealer system.
  • Any attempt to gain abnormal profit by exploiting a vulnerability in a game or software will result in the cancellation of the associated winnings.

Sports Betting Rules

  • If a relevant event is postponed or cancelled after a bet has been accepted, tkbad will settle the bet in accordance with the applicable rules.
  • In the event of a dispute over any match result, tkbad's decision will be considered final.
  • Any bet associated with match fixing or result manipulation will be cancelled and the account will be permanently closed.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are completely prohibited on the tkbad platform. Engaging in such activities may result in account closure as well as legal action.

  • Operating an account under a false identity or using someone else's identity.
  • Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name or under multiple members of the same household to claim bonus benefits.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Gaining unfair profit using bots, automated software, or any other technological advantage.
  • Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
  • Harassment, threats, or inappropriate behavior toward other users.
  • Attempting to damage tkbad's servers, network, or systems.
  • Attempting to recover funds through chargebacks or payment disputes.

tkbad reserves the right to monitor the activity of any account and to take immediate action in the case of suspicious activity.

Personal Information & Privacy

tkbad places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. SSL encryption technology is used on the platform so that all data is transmitted securely.

Data Collection & Use

  • Information provided at the time of registration will be used solely for identity verification, transaction processing, and service improvement.
  • Personal information will not be shared with third parties without the user's consent — except where required by law.
  • Transaction history and gaming activity data are used to improve the security of the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tkbad platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of tkbad or its licensors.

  • Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes.
  • Copying, distributing, or republishing any content from the platform without written permission from tkbad is prohibited.
  • tkbad's trademarks or logos may not be used without permission.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

tkbad makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, there are limitations of liability in certain situations.

  • tkbad is not liable if a game is left incomplete due to internet disconnection, power outages, or technical issues, but the bet amount will be refunded where possible.
  • tkbad is not directly liable for the failure of third-party payment gateways or banking services.
  • tkbad is not liable for any loss resulting from a security breach on the user's own device or network.
  • tkbad will not be held liable if services are disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or cyberattacks.

Account Suspension & Closure

tkbad may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

  • Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
  • Evidence of fraudulent activity or provision of false information.
  • Suspicion of involvement in money laundering or illegal activities.
  • Failure to verify age or failure to submit identity documents.
  • At the user's own written request (voluntary closure).

If a permanently closed account has any valid balance, tkbad will decide on returning it after the investigation is complete. However, bonus funds and winnings earned from bonuses will be forfeited in cases of terms and conditions violations.

Changes & Contact

tkbad reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms and conditions will take effect from the moment they are published on the platform.
